Teach bridge with Cuebids

Lessons, quizzes and real deals for your class, in the app your students already practice in. Free for teachers who bring their students.

Three phones: a lesson slide, a quiz question asking what you bid, and a practice deal with three teacher stars
A lesson on a student’s phone: a slide, a quiz, then a deal scored against your auction.

Why it is free

Teachers bring new players to bridge, and many of them find their way to Cuebids. We would rather give something back than charge for that.

So if you teach and bring your students, the teacher tools cost you nothing. Your students play on their own accounts; the only thing we ask is the part you do anyway.

What you can build

Lessons

Pages with hands and auctions, then a quiz, then bidding practice in the app: one lesson a student works through at their own pace, or you present full screen in class.

Flashcards and quizzes

Nine kinds of card, from “what do you bid?” to pick the hand and bid the auction, each with a hand and the auction so far.

Deals and sets

Sets from a deal search, your saved deals, a deal type or scenario, a PBN file, or written by hand, card by card. Each deal with your suggested auction.

You as their partner

When a student practices your set, the robot partner carries your name and picture and bids your suggested auction. If the student bids something else, Lia takes over.

Your class

Students join with a code, a link or a QR code, and see your picture as they join. Share a lesson and see how far each student got, their quiz scores and the deals they practiced. Switch on class events when the class is ready for them.

Your name on a lesson

Send a lesson you are proud of to Cuebids. If we publish it, every player finds it in Learn with your name on it, and we thank you with a gift.

A Lebensohl lesson in Teach: four slides, then a quiz, then practice
Teach, on a computer: slides, quizzes and practice in one lesson.

A lesson, as your students see it

This is a real slide, drawn by the same code the app uses. You write it in plain text with a toolbar for hands, auctions and worked examples; calls like 2C get their suit symbols by themselves.

How it stays free

  1. 1

    Ask, and teach

Answer two questions in the app. Your teacher tools are on at once, free for six months.

  2. 2

    Bring your class

As long as you are bringing students to Cuebids, your tools are renewed every six months, free.

  3. 3

    Your whole class practices

A lesson’s practice is open to every student in your class, whatever their plan.

What your students pay

Reading a lesson is free. Bidding practice in the app costs a ticket a deal, and every account, free ones too, gets 48 tickets a month. A student with Heart pays nothing extra.

No. Teacher tools are free for teachers who bring their students, and Heart includes them too.

Do my students need a subscription?

Can I use my own deals?

Yes: import a PBN file, write a deal by hand, or pick deals you have bid or saved on Cuebids.
